"The original PA-28-140 Cherokee 140 two-seater was announced in 1964.
The PA-28-180 Cherokee 180 is a four-seater powered by a 180hp Lycoming engine.
Slightly longer than the 140 it has three cabin windows on each side.
The PA-28-235 is slightly larger than the Model 180.
The introduction of the PA-28-161 Warrior in 1973 saw the first use of a new increased-span tapered wing.
The 1977 versions, designated Warrior II, have the original 150hp engine replaced by a 160hp unit.
The PA-28-181 Archer four-seater was introduced in 1972, and the 235hp PA-28-236 Dakota first appeared in 1978.
The Cherokee Six (PA-32) has a longer fuselage and four windows per side."
